Welcome to My Massage Spa. Our goal is to provide you with exceptional service in a relaxing environment. To help us serve you better, please review the following policies carefully.

Prices

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Gift Cards

• All gift cards and certificates are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Paper gift certificates expire one year from the date of purchase.
• Lost or stolen gift cards and certificates cannot be replaced.

Arrival Time

• Please arrive 10-15 minutes early for your service to fill out required paperwork.
• Late arrivals may subtract from your session time.
• Upon late arrival, you will be expected to pay full price for original service scheduled. Services will not be pro-rated for late arrivals.

First-Time Visitors & Intake Forms

• All first-time guests are required to complete an intake form before their initial appointment.

Spa Environment

• Please maintain a quiet and peaceful atmosphere while in the spa.
• Kindly silence or turn off all cell phones to respect other guests.

Personal Belongings

We kindly remind you to keep your personal belongings secure during your visit, as My Massage Spa will not be held liable for any lost or stolen items.

Cancellations

• We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.
• Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full service price to the credit card on file.

Consent and Acknowledgment

I understand that the services provided by My Massage Spa are designed for relaxation and personal well-being and are not a substitute for medical examination, diagnosis, or treatment. I acknowledge that the spa’s therapists are not medical professionals and do not diagnose or prescribe treatment.

I agree to inform my therapist of any existing medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or other sensitivities that may affect my treatment or be affected by the services provided.

I understand that draping will be used at all times to ensure my privacy and comfort, and only the area being worked on will be uncovered.

I acknowledge that inappropriate behavior, remarks, or advances of a sexual nature are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the session. In such cases, I will be responsible for full payment of the scheduled service.

I understand that if the therapist feels uncomfortable or unsafe at any point during the session, they have the right to end the service immediately without refund.

I accept full responsibility for my own health and well-being during and after the spa services. I release My Massage Spa and its employees from any liability or claims relating to the services provided.
